Great location to get around downtown.

This is not a typical hotel you check in to. The people at the front desk don't know anything about your reservation so you have to call when you arrive and some telep5agent sends you forms to complete the reservation. I walked out. Completely ridiculous.

Ultimately I wish I could say we had a fantastic time. The night took a very quick turn when utilizing their pool amenities. There’s literally no precaution remotely capable of explaining how to avoid slipping in their pool room. The floors, when not even wet, are slippery beyond measure. Add in water and it’s an accident waiting to happen. And it did. Pair that with only one functional elevator for a 15 floor airport hotel and stained duvet sheets and unfortunately I will not be returning. We learned our lesson when staying here. To boot, when bringing these concerns up to the hotel (after a MAJOR injury to my niece’s hip and elbow) the hotel couldn’t even be bothered to reply with original responses. We got copy pasted replies, one of which proved copy paste because the injured child’s mother also emailed in and was met with the reply they had sent me. Word for word. Including Niece when she is in fact her daughter. Less than impressed at this point. Check your sheets before sleeping in the bed!
